4. How Fox Processes Information
When you use Fox, the Platform processes User Content and other information associated with your use of Fox to provide Platform functionality and generate Outputs requested through your interactions with Fox.
Fox may use third-party artificial intelligence models, application programming interfaces, cloud infrastructure, hosting services, and other technology providers to process information as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and generate or support Outputs. This means that User Content or other information submitted through Fox may be transmitted to and processed through third-party technology systems.
Fox is designed so that a user's identifiable User Content is associated with that user's use of the Platform and is not made available as User Content to other Fox users. The Company does not use one user's identifiable User Content to generate personalized Outputs for another user.
The Company may derive or generate de-identified or aggregated information from use of Fox and may use that information for legitimate business purposes, including operating, analyzing, maintaining, securing, developing, and improving the Platform, provided that the information does not reasonably identify you or your business.
Fox may also analyze or use non-identifying structural information, classifications, patterns, or similar information derived from use of the Platform to support the operation, analysis, development, and improvement of Fox without associating that information with an identifiable user or business.
Additional information regarding third-party artificial intelligence and technology providers, data sharing, retention, security, and your privacy rights is provided in the sections below.

5. Artificial Intelligence Providers
Fox uses artificial intelligence models and other technology provided by third parties to provide certain Platform functionality and generate or support Outputs.
When you use Fox, User Content and other information associated with your requests may be transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
The Company selects and evaluates artificial intelligence providers based on factors it considers appropriate for the intended use, which may include the provider’s functionality, reliability, security, privacy practices, and data-handling terms. However, the Company does not own or control the systems, models, infrastructure, security practices, or independent operations of third-party artificial intelligence providers.
The artificial intelligence models, providers, and technology used by Fox may change over time. The processing of information by those providers is subject to the Company’s applicable agreements and arrangements with those providers and to applicable law.
Additional information regarding the Company’s use of third-party providers and disclosure of information is provided below.

6. How We Share and Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information and other information collected in connection with our business to the following categories of recipients and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

Business Transactions. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, sale or transfer of a business or product, or similar corporate transaction, including as part of related due diligence.
Legal, Compliance, and Security Purposes. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our agreements or policies; investigate or prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity; or protect the rights, property, safety, or interests of the Company, our users, or third parties.
At Your Direction or With Your Consent. We may disclose information to other persons or entities when you direct us to do so, request functionality that requires the disclosure, or otherwise provide applicable consent or authorization.
We do not sell or rent personal information for monetary consideration. Certain uses of cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, or other third-party technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, we will provide any notices, choices, or opt-out rights required by law.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies in connection with our websites, emails, Fox, and other online services.
Depending on the applicable website, product, or service, these technologies may include analytics, tag-management, advertising, conversion-measurement, and similar technologies provided through website platforms or third-party providers. The specific technologies and providers used by the Company may change over time as our websites, products, services, and marketing activities develop.
These technologies may be used to:
(a) operate and maintain websites and online services;

You may be able to control certain cookies or similar technologies through your browser settings, device settings, or other privacy controls made available through our websites or applicable third-party services. Disabling or blocking certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of portions of our websites, Fox, or other online services.

9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, including to provide our products and services, maintain accounts and subscriptions, administer our business relationship with you, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
The period for which we retain information may vary depending on the type of information, the product or service involved, the duration of your relationship with the Company, applicable legal or contractual requirements, and the purposes for which the information is maintained.
For Fox, cancellation or expiration of a subscription does not automatically delete User Content, Outputs, account information, or other information associated with your use of the Platform. Such information may continue to be retained after cancellation or expiration for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting the Company as described in Section 12. Deletion requests are processed subject to applicable law and any information the Company is permitted or required to retain for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Information that is deleted from active systems may remain for a period of time in backups, archives, logs, or other systems maintained by the Company or its service providers for business continuity, security, disaster recovery, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes. The timing of deletion from such systems may depend in part on the retention and backup practices of the applicable service provider.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is maintained, we may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable law and our legitimate recordkeeping, security, and operational requirements.

10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction, taking into account the nature of the information and the circumstances in which it is processed.
We also use third-party technology, infrastructure, hosting, artificial intelligence, payment, and other service providers in operating our business and providing our products and services. Although we take reasonable measures in selecting and working with providers, we do not control all aspects of third-party systems, networks, infrastructure, or security practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to, processed through, or stored by the Company, Fox, or third-party systems used in connection with our products and services.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect information within your control, including maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and promptly notifying us if you believe your account or information may have been accessed or used without authorization.

11. Sensitive Information
Our websites, services, and Fox are not intended to receive or store personal information that presents heightened privacy, security, or regulatory risks unless the Company expressly requests the information and provides an appropriate method for transmitting it.
You should not submit, enter, transmit, or upload passwords, authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, payment card information, government-issued identification numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive personal information unless the Company expressly requests the information and provides an appropriate method for transmitting it.
When submitting documents, files, or other information to the Company or Fox, you are responsible for reviewing the materials and removing or redacting highly sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for the applicable product, service, or request.

Fox users may also request deletion of eligible personal information associated with their Fox account by contacting the Company using the information below. Cancellation or expiration of a Fox subscription does not, by itself, constitute a request to delete information associated with the account.
To submit a privacy request, you may contact us at [email protected]. Please describe your request and provide sufficient information for us to reasonably identify the information or account involved.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before processing a request.
