A message from Fox's founder
I've spent 26 years building and advising businesses, and even I got caught in the rabbit hole of AI.
For months, I kept turning to several chatbots to think through decisions. More often than not, I'd walk away frustrated that I spent more time going back and forth for hours and still didn't have a great answer.
Admittedly, sometimes I would even get sidetracked because of other 'ideas' thrown at me that sounded great but weren't solving the problem I was trying to solve. Every answer sounded reasonable — confident, well-articulated. But none of it was built for my business, my stage, or what I was actually trying to protect regardless of how much I uploaded or how much it "remembered".
That would've worried me on its own.
But then I started hearing the same thing from clients — smart, experienced owners running real businesses — who'd taken AI's 'confident answer' and started building decisions around it, without ever realizing how much it was actually mis-aligned with their actual goals.
That's the part that actually scared me. Not that AI gives bad answers. It's that it gives good-sounding ones, with no way of knowing whether they're right for the person or business that is asking.
Then I realized, if that can happen to someone who has spent decades building, scaling, acquiring and selling 6-8 figure businesses and also advising others around the globe to do the same, it's happening to owners with a lot less to check those answers against.
So I built Fox. Not a chatbot with a longer memory — a real method, built from decades of building, scaling, and advising businesses around the world, for weighing what's actually right for your business against what's actually right for your life.

Is my information secure? Privacy is at the core of everything we built. You will notice when logging in, we don't even ask your full name or business name. Your login information is kept separate from your conversations as well as an extra layer of protection.
Do you sell my email or information? No we do not sell your information or email.
What can others see or read? No one without your login information would be able to read your inputs or conversations. Fox internally tracks anonymized structural patterns to catch and improve weak spots in how Fox performs, but that never includes what you actually input. If something about your account ever requires a conversation with a Fox team member, you can print the conversations and send to support for review.
How does the free trial work? Because we know you will love Fox and feel the difference from other chat and execution tools, we give you 30 days of full access before anything is charged. A card is required to start so that you don't have to start over at day 31 if you forget to enter your payment information. Nothing is billed until day 30.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes, right from your account — no call or email or questions asked. The ACCOUNT button is on your main menu at all time - no searching for it in fine print.
What happens to my history if I cancel? Your information will be removed from Fox after a grace period. This grace period is for protection in situations of accidental cancellation or a payment issue. You can also reach out to support if you want your history removed sooner.

Can Fox post things or take actions on my behalf (LinkedIn, email, etc.)? Not yet — Fox helps you decide WHAT should flow into your execution initiatives. Fox drafts, organizes, and advises; you review and have your team (or agents) execute.
Can I connect my CRM, calendar or other tools? Not yet. Fox does not currently connect directly to outside tools, however this is on the roadmap as a future feature. Security of connecting to outside sources is what we are validating before adding this option.
Can I upload or link information for Fox to review? Yes, Fox can read screenshots, documents, URL links, files, etc.
Is Fox just Chat AI with a business theme? Not at all. Fox is more like a business advisor who knows your goals, your experience, tests your actual situation and gathers real evidence before recommending anything, rather than giving instant universal advice. It's goal is to help you make clear and confident decisions that best fit your life and business goals, not endless information.
Does Fox replace a real business advisor? Not if you want the 1:1 of a business advisor. Fox is a thinking partner for everyday decisions. Fox is great to help you flush out the ideas and brainstorm between sessions with your business advisor so your time with them is more strategic. When something genuinely needs a licensed professional (legal, tax, financial), Fox says so directly and points you there rather than guessing.
Where does Fox's judgment come from? It's built on real advisory of the "Life First" methodology and Freedom Mastery framework that has been tested through real advisory sessions for decades with business owners, not a generic AI persona.
